Profile Summary
TEHO International Inc Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company’s principal activities include supply of rigging and mooring equipment as well as related services to customers mainly in the marine and offshore industries; supply of offshore oil and gas equipment to offshore oil and gas industries; manufacture and repair of water/wastewater treatment equipment and provision of environmental engineering design and consultancy services (except clean energy); property development, and provision of real estate valuation services. It operates through two segments: Marine & Offshore and property. The Marine & Offshore segment comprises mooring and rigging, water treatment and engineering businesses. The Property segment comprises property development and consultancy services. Its subsidiaries include TEHO International (USA), LLC, TEHO (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., TEHO Engineering Pte. Ltd., TEHO EuROPE B.V., and TEHO EuROPE Property B.V.
