Its subsidiaries offer various analytics and AI-based products and services to businesses, capital markets professionals, government agencies and financial institutions either through or by leveraging data gathered by the Cubeler Business Hub, a global ecosystem where analytics and AI are used to create opportunities and facilitate business-to-business (B2B) transactions among its members. Its Fintech Platform segment comprises the procurement and distribution of products within the supply chain or facilitating transactions in the commercial lending industry through technology platforms and the Canadian operating entities. Its Financial Services segment encompasses providing commercial loans to entrepreneurs and small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) and the activity of providing turn-key credit outsourcing services to banks and other lending institutions.
