Profile Summary
Tigar ad Pirot is a Serbia-based holding company that is principally engaged in the production of rubber products. Its products portfolio comprises tires, rubber footwear, rubber technical goods, as well as chemical products including paints, adhesives and dyes. The Company sells its precuts in a wholesale trade and a network of 23 retail outlets, three regional branch offices in Belgrade, Novi Sad and Nis, as well as three warehouses in Pirot, Belgrade and Novi ad. In addition, the Company offers tourism, transportation, workshop, engineering and consulting, television broadcasting, insurance and business services, as well as food production for internal needs of the Tigar Group. As of December 31, 2011, Tigar ad Pirot operated through its 16 subsidiaries and one affiliated company, in Serbia and abroad.
