Profile Summary
Tiger Oil and Energy, Inc. is an oil and natural gas exploration and production company. The Company is engaging in the acquisition of oil and gas leases. It applies advanced drilling, completion and secondary recovery techniques to shut-in and low producing wells. The Company has acquired two leases, namely Upchurch and Defore 19-1 Well and 19-2 (SWD). The Upchurch lease is an approximately 75 acres lease held by production. The well hit oil at approximately 1800 feet in the Knox formations. The Knox formation is an oil formation in Kentucky and runs at depths ranging from 1600-2300 feet. The Defore lease is an approximately 80 acres oil and gas lease held by production, it contains both an oil well and a saltwater disposal well (SWD).
