Profile Summary
TIH Limited is a Singapore-based private equity investment company, which invests primarily in companies located in Asia. The Company operates through two business segments: Investment Business and Fund Management. The Investment Business is involved in special situation investments in both public and private companies, acquisitions of secondary portfolio and non-core assets, private credit, and long-term private equity. Under the Fund Management segment, the Company, through its subsidiary, TIH Investment Management Pte. Ltd., is engaged in managing third party investment funds. It also focuses on raising third-party capital to invest in other alternative investment asset classes including venture capital, real estate, growth and private equity. The Company's investment manager is TIH Investment Management Pte. Ltd.
