Tincorp Metals Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company focusing on tin projects in Bolivia and a gold project near Whitehorse, Yukon, Canada. The Company's projects include SF Tin Project, Porvenir Project, and Skukum Gold Project. The Company acquired a 100% interest in the Porvenir Project and SF Tin Project, which are 70 kilometers southeast of Oruro, Bolivia. The Company’s 100% owned Skukum Gold Project is approximately 84 km south of Whitehorse by road. This project has approximately 170.3 square kilometers in area consists of 1,051 full or fractional Quartz Mining claims that encompass the Skukum Creek gold-silver deposit, the Goddell gold deposit, and the past-producing Mt. Skukum gold mine. The Company's subsidiaries include Whitehorse Gold (Yukon) Corp., Tin Metals Inc., Stannum Metals Corp., and others.
