The Company’s primary focus is on Greenfield Energy LLC, its wholly owned subsidiary, based in Utah, United States. The Greenfield oil sand remediation plant is located in the Northwest of Vernal Utah. Its wholly owned subsidiary, AC Oil LLC, entered into a 10-year lease to explore oil, gas, hydrocarbons and all associated substances on site in Uintah, Utah. The Company owns approximately 320 acres of leased acreage in Uintah County, Utah, USA, owned by Tar Sands Holdings II LLC (TSHII) (the Lease Area).
