Profile Summary
Toople PLC is a provider of bespoke telecom services to the United Kingdom's small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs). The Company operates through the telephony services segment. The services offered by the Company and its subsidiaries include business broadband, fiber, ethernet first mile and ethernet data services, business mobile phones, cloud private branch exchange (PBX) and session initiation protocol (SIP) trunking, and traditional services (calls and lines). Through Direct Market Services Limited (DMSL) business, the Company also resells BT's services and propositions and where relevant, across the SME market. DMSL's services encompasses everything from telephone connections to voice over Internet protocol (VoIP) rollout for clients across multiple sites, which rely on an array of communications carriers in the United Kingdom, including BT, EE, TalkTalk, and O2. It has four trading brands, such as toople.com, dmsluk.co.uk, broadbandandphones.co.uk, and checkthatcompany.co.uk.
