Toplofikacia Pleven is supervised entity of KEVR (Commission for energy and water regulation) and holds two important licenses: issued by Decision No. L-058/08.01.2001 of the State commission for energy regulation for production of electric and thermal energy and second issued by Decision No. L-059/08.01.2001 of the State commission for energy regulation for transmission of heat energy.
