Profile Summary
Triple Flag Nevada Inc., formerly Orogen Royalties Inc., is a royalty and mineral exploration company. The Company is focused on organic royalty creation and royalty acquisitions on precious and base metal discoveries in western North America. Its royalty portfolio includes the Ermitano gold and silver mine in Sonora, Mexico and gold and copper royalties and project assets. This includes the La Rica royalty in Colombia, the Maggie Creek and Spring Peak project options in Nevada, USA, and the MPD South royalty and HWY 37 project option in British Columbia, Canada. The Company also has several active generative exploration alliances with industry partners, including Altius Minerals, BHP Xplor, and Triple Flag. It also focuses on having a generative exploration alliance in the western United States generating gold and silver targets geologically analogous to the Arthur (Expanded Silicon) gold project in Nevada, USA.
