Tson Co Ltd is a Japan-based company engaged in real estate and advertisement business. The Company operates in three business segments. The Housing business segment is engaged in the two business models: acquires land information using the TSON Marketing System, formulates plans for sales business from sales data, and performs building planning and sales consistently business (BtoC service); provides land information to a condominium company and proposing a building plan Partner housing business (B2B service). The Advertising Planning business segment plans and proposes advertising media and develops B2B services that support the client's housing business as a promotional tool for house manufacturers. The Consulting business segment provides B2B services to clients through a real estate business company to arrange plans and products proposed by each company.
