Profile Summary
Tung Lok Restaurants (2000) Ltd is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company and its subsidiaries are restaurateur, central kitchen support function. It operates through four segments: Restaurant, Catering, Manufacturing, and Others. Its Restaurant segment is engaged in the business of operating restaurants. The Catering segment is engaged in the business of providing catering services. Its Manufacturing segment includes central kitchen functions that support the restaurant segment as well as original equipment manufacturers (OEM) products to third parties. Its Others segment comprises of the corporate services, treasury functions, investment holding activities and franchising activities. It owns approximately 35 outlets, consisting of 24 directly owned, four are held by its associates and seven others are under license/franchise. It owns and manages restaurants in Singapore, Indonesia, Japan, Vietnam and Philippines.
