Profile Summary
Tyntek Corporation is a Taiwan-based company principally engaged in the research, development, manufacture and distribution of semiconductor components. The Company provides semiconductor components, including visible light emitting diode (LED) products, infrared LED products and opto-telecommunication products; silicon components, including photo transistors (PTs) and photo diodes (PDs), as well as wireless products. In addition, the Company is also involved in the agent processing of LED products and silicon wafers, as well as international trading of relevant products. Through its subsidiaries, it is involved in the solar module business. The Company distributes its products principally in Taiwan, as well as the rest of Asia, Europe, the Americas and Australia.
