Profile Summary
UK Oil & Gas PLC is an energy developer. The Company is engaged in delivering salt cavern hydrogen storage projects in South Dorset and East Yorkshire. Its sites are strategically placed within the United Kingdom’s two forecast hydrogen demand clusters: the South (including South Wales) and the East Coast/Teesside. The Company’s subsidiary, UK Energy Storage (UKEn), is engaged in working on the underground hydrogen storage project in South Dorset. This project boasts a maximum annual capacity of approximately 30 terawatt-hours (TWh). The Company is also exploring green hydrogen generation add-ons to its storage projects, leveraging coastal locations for electrolysis and proximity to new windfarm power landfalls.
