Profile Summary
UMAX Group Corp. operates through its subsidiaries, including Funny Media Group, LLC (FMG) and Funny Media Studios (FMS). FMG is a media development company, which is concentrating on producing its own original content with the intent of selling that content to one of the many streaming companies (Netflix, Hulu, Showtime, Disney+, and others) and having its own streaming platforms on its Website and YouTube channels. FMS has produced approximately 60 comedy specials (each special being 30 minutes in duration) at its own facility. Funny Media Studios operates a full production studio on Bay Street in Los Angeles, California, with crew, equipment, and a shoot-ready soundstage all under one roof from multi-camera to green screen, in-studio or on-location, and full television broadcast capabilities. The Company operates a facility in Downtown Los Angeles that has become a one-stop shop for live comedy shows.
