UniCredit Bank ad Banja Luka is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based commercial bank. The Bank’s activities are divided into four segments: Retail, providing banking services such as savings, current accounts, cards, loans, package accounts, gyro accounts, pensions and safe deposits for individuals and small business; Corporate Banking, providing e-banking, cards, documentary business, guarantees, loans and deposits for large and medium companies as well as state and public sector; Investments; providing financial markets and assets and liabilities management; and Central Unit, including capital and reserves, investments in other legal entities and other ownership shares, assets and libialities. It is operational through its headquarters in Banja Luka and 45 branches throughout main towns of Bosnia and Herzegovina. As of December 31, 2011, UniCredit Bank Austria AG held a 92.92% stake in the Bank.
