Unico American Corporation is an insurance holding company. The Company’s subsidiaries Unifax Insurance Systems, Inc. (Unifax) and American Insurance Brokers, Inc. (AIB) provide marketing and provides various underwriting support services related to property, casualty, health and life insurance. The Company’s subsidiary, American Acceptance Corporation (AAC), provides insurance financing. The Company also provides membership association services through Insurance Club, Inc. The Company’s subsidiary, U.S. Risk Manager’s Inc. (U.S. Risk), provides claims adjustment services. Crusader Insurance Company (Crusader), the Company's insurance company subsidiary, underwrote commercial property and casualty insurance. Crusader Insurance Company is licensed as an admitted insurance carrier in the states of Arizona, California, Nevada, Oregon, and Washington.
