United Corporations Limited is a Canada-based closed-end investment company. The Company is an investment vehicle for long-term growth through investments in common equities. The objective of the Company is to earn an above-average rate of return, primarily through long-term capital appreciation and dividend income. The investment portfolio of the Company comprises primarily foreign equities. The assets of the Company shall be invested in interest-bearing short-term securities pending the selection of equity investments. The Company's investment portfolio is actively managed by Comgest Asset Management International Limited (Comgest), Causeway Capital Management LLC (Causeway) and Neuberger Berman Canada ULC (Neuberger Berman Canada).
