Profile Summary
United Oil & Gas PLC is a United Kingdom-based oil and gas exploration, appraisal and development company. The Company owns a development asset in the United Kingdom and an exploration license in Jamaica. The Company holds an approximately 26.25% non-operated working interest in the PL090 license, which includes the Waddock Cross oil field redevelopment project, located onshore in the southern United Kingdom in Dorset. The field redevelopment is located 12-kilometers (kms) west of the Wareham oilfield, and 15 km west of the giant Wytch Farm Oil Field. The Company owns a 100% working interest in Walton Morant license, which is a 22,400 square kilometers (km2) offshore exploration block situated to the south of the island of Jamaica. This license area includes over 21 prospects leads, each containing approximately 100 million barrels of oil potential.
