Profile Summary
Veson Holdings Ltd, formerly SCUD GROUP LIMITED, is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the production and sale of lithium-ion battery modules and related accessories, and the production and sale of lithium-ion battery cells. The Company operates through three segments. The Original Design Manufacturer (ODM) segment produces and supplies lithium-ion battery modules, power banks, motive battery and related accessories and provision of processing services. The Bare Battery Cell segment engages in the manufacture and sales of lithium-ion bare battery cells for mobile phones, tablets and power banks. Other segment sell raw materials, work-in-progress , and collect rentals.
