VisionGlobal Corporation currently has no business activities. Due to lack of funds, the Company decided to cease operations. This includes the closure of its lab facility in American Fork, Utah. The Company was a development stage company that intended to provide very high-speed, high-quality, low-cost, wireless broadband telecommunications services to customers using a system of proprietary and off-the-shelf components. The Company developed and intended to market a network that uses 16-point Quadrature Amplitude Modulation technology and that offers half-duplex network data rates of up to 36 Megabits per second. The Company intended to limit its services to Internet access and data network services, but also intended to develop relationships with a number of strategic partners to provide enhanced voice, video and data content, and market its services under the brand name VisionZOOM.
