Vodovod ad Doboj is a Bosnia and Herzegovina-based company active in the utilities sector. The Company is engaged in the operation of water sewage system and sewage treatment system. The water supply distribution network consists of approximately 158 miles of water pipes , as well as the distribution system, two pumping stations (Rudanka and Luke) and two pumping cells (Rajcinovac and Krcevine) with a hydro-mechanical equipment. It is also engaged in the production and sale of water pipes. The Company’s major shareholder is Akcijski Fond RS ad Banja Luka with a 64.15% stake in the capital.
