Profile Summary
Vonovia SE is a Germany-based residential real estate company. The Company is operating via four segments: Rental, Value Add, Development and Recurring Sales. The Rental segment combines business activities aimed at value-enhancing management of the properties. The Value-add segment offers all housing related services such as maintenance and modernization, in addition to the services related to rental business. The Development segment includes project development for the creation of new homes from purchase of land to the completion of the new building and new construction on their own lands and adding extra stories to the existing buildings. The Recurring Sales segment offers individual dwelling house or single-family houses are sold to the private buyers.
