Vysarn Limited is a vertically integrated water service provider. The Company is engaged in hydrogeological drilling, test pumping, reinjection water services and water consultancy businesses predominately in Western Australia. Its segments include Industrial, Technologies, and Advisory. Its Industrial segment consisting of Pentium Hydro (PH) and Pentium Test Pumping (PTP). The Advisory segment consisting of Pentium Water (PW). The Technology segment consisting of Project Engineering (ProEng). The Company, through Waste Water Services Pty Ltd., is engaged in the design, manufacture, installation, and maintenance of waste water treatment plants, potable water treatment plants, and pumping stations. The Company’s subsidiaries include Pentium Hydro Pty Ltd, Pentium Test Pumping Pty Ltd, Pentium Water Pty Ltd, Project Engineering (WA) Pty Ltd, Vysarn Asset Management Pty Ltd, and CMP Consulting Group Pty Ltd.
