Wai Kee Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company principally engaged in the construction business. The Company operates its business through four segments. The Construction, Sewage Treatment and Steam Fuel segment is engaged in the construction of civil engineering and building projects. The Segment is also engaged in the operation of sewage treatment plant and steam fuel plant. The Construction Materials segment is engaged in the production and sales of concrete and asphalt. The Quarrying segment is engaged in the production and sales of quarry products. The Property Development and Investment, Toll Road, Investment and Asset Management segment is engaged in the investment in Road King, an associate of the Group.
