Western New England Bancorp, Inc. is a holding company for Westfield Bank, a federally chartered savings bank (Bank). The Bank is a full-service, community-oriented financial institution offering a full range of commercial and retail products and services as well as wealth management financial products. It provides a variety of banking services, including telephone and online banking, remote deposit capture, cash management services, overdraft facilities, night deposit services, and safe deposit facilities. Its cash management services include remote deposit capture, automated clearing house credit and debit origination, check payment fraud prevention, and corporate credit cards. It offers a variety of loan products to its customers, including residential and commercial real estate loans, commercial loans, and installment loans. It operates 25 banking offices in Hampden County and Hampshire County in western Massachusetts and Hartford County and Tolland County in northern Connecticut.
