Winchester Bancorp, Inc. is a bank holding company for Winchester Savings Bank (the Bank). The Bank provides a variety of financial services to individuals and small businesses through its offices in Winchester, Woburn, Danvers and Arlington, Massachusetts. Its primary deposit products are checking, savings and term certificate accounts and its primary lending products are residential and commercial real estate loans. Its lending includes commercial real estate, small business loans, and business term loans. The Bank provides a variety of financing options for owner-occupied and non-owner-occupied properties, such as one-four family, multifamily (five+ units), mixed-use, office buildings and condominiums, industrial, retail and more. The Bank offers a selection of deposit accounts, including non-interest-bearing checking accounts, interest-bearing checking accounts, money market accounts, savings accounts, and certificates of deposit.
