Profile Summary
Xali Gold Corp. is a gold and silver exploration company focused on advancing opportunities in the Americas. The Company is focused on completing the exploration and development of Pico Machay, an advanced exploration stage gold project in South America. In Mexico, it maintains exploration, as well as two royalty agreements with third parties who have rights to produce gold and silver from specific areas of the El Oro gold-silver Project. The Pico Machay is a high-sulphidation gold deposit that lies within the northern extent of the Southern Peru Epithermal Gold-Silver Belt. Las Brujas project is located in the Province of San Miguel, Department of Cajamarca in Northern Peru. It is located 34 kilometers (km) northwest of the Yanacocha mine, 18 km west of the Tantahuatay Prospect and 12 km northeast of the La Zanja Project. Its Mexico projects include El Oro Hard Rock, El Oro Tailings, and Western Mexico. The San Dieguito de Arriba (SDA) plant is located in Nayarit, Western Mexico.
