Xemplar Energy Corp is a Canada-based company engaged in the business of acquiring, exploring and developing mineral properties. The Company entered into an option agreement with Pak-Kashmir Minerals Resources (PVT) Ltd. and holds an option to acquire a 25% interest in a bentonite exploration/exploitation concession over an area of 2,332 acres, located in Dudhial District Mirpur of Azad Jammu and Kashmir, Pakistan. Namura Uranium Property includes two reconnaissance licenses and six prospecting licenses covering uranium exploration properties in Namibia. The Company entered into an option agreement with Gul Asghar Khan and Apex Industries (Private) Limited and holdsan option to acquire 60% equity interest in a prospecting license for a marble concession comprising 168 acres located in Markandi District, Abbotabad, Pakistan and an additional two marble concession prospecting licenses.
