Profile Summary
Y Ventures Group Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The Company is a data-driven e-commerce company. Its segments are e-commerce, retail and distribution, logistics and freight forwarding services, and waste management. Its E-Commerce Retail and Distribution Business segment markets and distributes a range of merchandise, mainly books and journals, under third-party brands through online marketplaces using a distribution model. Its Logistics and Freight Forwarding Services segment keeps its stocks in third-party warehouses managed by various third-party logistics companies. The merchandise stored in third-party warehouses is delivered by last-mile fulfillment service providers in the respective jurisdictions in which it is sold. Its Waste Management Services segment provides waste management services in Singapore, namely Junk to Clear, under its subsidiary, Skap Waste Management Pte. Ltd.
