Mirarth Real Estate Investment Corp, formerly Takara Leben Real Estate Investment Corp, is a Japan-based real estate investment trust (REIT). It is a closed-end type, meaning redemption of investment units at the request of unitholders is not permitted. Based on four operational strategies of steadily expanding asset scale, improving portfolio quality and stability, achieving solid internal growth, and implementing financial strategies and other measures, it focuses on enhancing profitability through increased occupancy rates and rental income via proactive leasing at each property, along with cost reductions. Its purpose is to manage assets primarily as investments in real estate and other assets classified as specified assets.
