The guarantee business includes rent obligation guarantee service, nursing care expense obligation guarantee service, and hospitalization expense obligation guarantee service. The rent obligation guarantee service provides guarantees for rent obligations in rental housing and other properties. The nursing care expense obligation guarantee service is a guarantee product that assumes the risk of nonpayment of nursing care facility fees by concluding a guarantee consignment contract between a nursing care facility user and the company, and acting as a joint guarantor for the facility user. The hospitalization expense obligation guarantee service is a guarantee product that assumes the risk of nonpayment of hospitalization expenses by concluding a guarantee consignment contract with hospitalized patients and becoming a joint guarantor.
