Zapf Creation AG is a Germany-based producer of play, functional and mini dolls, as well as related accessories. The Company's products are targeted at girls between the ages of three and eight. The Company’s principal products include Baby born, a doll with several life-like behavioral features, such as laughing, crying and baby talk; Baby Annabell, a doll that demands certain social requirements, such as feeding and comforting; Chou Chou, a soft doll behaving like a baby, and My Model, a bust for practicing hairdressing and the application of make-up, and Sam & Sally, two dolls acting as siblings. The Company markets products in over 65 countries throughout the world and operates through subsidiaries in Hong-Kong, the United States, Poland, Spain and Germany.
