Franchise Brands plc is a United Kingdom-based international, multi-brand franchisor focused on B2B van-based service with seven franchise brands and a presence in 10 countries across the United Kingdom, North America and Europe. The Company is focused on building businesses primarily via a franchise model and has a combined network of over 600 franchisees. Its segments include Pirtek, Water & Waste, Filta International, B2C and Azura. Pirtek segment is a European provider of on-site hydraulic hose replacement services. Water & Waste segment includes drainage, plumbing, pump maintenance and installation, and services to commercial kitchens. Filta International segment includes cooking oil filtration, biodiesel recycling, bulk new oil supply service and cleaning services for commercial kitchens. B2C segment includes home service brands. Azura segment includes software business of Azura. Its brands include Pirtek, Filta, Metro Rod, Metro Plumb, ChipsAway, Ovenclean and Barking Mad.
