Profile Summary
ABX Group Limited is an Australia-based company. The principal activities of the Company include conducting bauxite exploration activities in Queensland, New South Wales and Tasmania and research and development programs in New South Wales and Tasmania. The Company is focused on supplying light and heavy rare earths from Tasmania into Western supply chains, producing industrial chemicals from aluminum smelter by-product, mining bauxite resources for the aluminum, cement and fertilizer industries. Its projects include Deep Leads (Rare Earth Elements), ALCORE, Sunrise (Bauxite) Project and DL130 (Bauxite). Sunrise Project is a resource of around 37 million tons of gibbsite-type metallurgical bauxite that is located 200 km by road southwest of Bundaberg port. ALCORE Limited (ALCORE) is a subsidiary of the Company. ALCORE developed a proprietary process to produce industrial chemicals from aluminum smelter bath waste, and the major products are hydrogen fluoride and metal sulfates.
