Profile Summary
Abasca Resources Inc. is a Canada-based mineral exploration company. The Company is primarily engaged in the acquisition and evaluation of mineral exploration properties. The Company holds a 100% interest in the mineral claims that comprise the Key Lake South (KLS) Uranium Project. The project consists of 12 contiguous claims (23,977 hectares or approximately 240 sq. km) located in the Athabasca Basin Region in northern Saskatchewan, approximately 15 km south of the Key Lake mine and Key Lake mill. The KLS Uranium Project is underlain by the prospective uranium hosting rocks of the Wollaston-Mudjatik contacting zone (WMCZ) in the southeastern Athabasca Basin.
