Profile Summary
Alaris Equity Partners Income Trust (the Trust) is a Canada-based open-ended trust. The primary objective of the Trust is to provide Unitholders with stable, predictable and growing quarterly cash distributions on a tax-efficient basis. The Trust, through its subsidiaries, invests in a diversified group of private businesses (Private Company Partners) primarily through structured equity. This strategy is enhanced by common equity positions, which allows it to generate returns in alignment with the founders of its Private Company Partners. The Trust’s wholly owned subsidiaries, through which it conducts its investment activities, including Alaris Equity Partners Inc., Alaris Equity Partners USA Inc., and Salaris USA Royalty Inc. Its subsidiaries invest in private companies, using primarily preferred equity, in addition to common equity, subordinated debt and promissory notes.
