Its divisions include Realty and Business Services division, which is engaged in the business of developing, holding, and letting out real estate, investing in shares and securities and conducting treasury operations, and Sales and Marketing division, which is engaged in the business of trading and marketing of various types of machinery and spares. Its subsidiaries include Alfred Herbert Limited, which is involved in the manufacturing of machinery for the rubber and tire industries, also it has a factory at Bangalore and produces a range of rubber machineries, and Herbert Holdings Limited, which is engaged in non-banking financial activities.
