The Projects & Development division focuses on three areas: Project Development, Realization, and Buying/Selling. It develops projects in all segments of real estate for private and institutional investors and owners, and for its own portfolio. Realization comprises the calculation, planning and construction of new buildings, conversions and refurbishments of any size or complexity while remaining within budget and schedule. The Company also sells residential properties from its own development and production, and it advises private individuals, companies and institutional investors concerning real estate transactions.
