Annica Holdings Limited is a Singapore-based investment holding company. The principal activities of the Company are trading in oilfield equipment and related products; designing of industrial plant engineering services systems and general wholesaler and trader; designing, engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning of solar photovoltaic system and related products; and manufacturing of electricity distribution and control apparatus, operation of generation facilities that produce electric energy, and wholesale of industrial machinery, equipment and supplies. The Company's segments include Oil and Gas Equipment, Engineering Services, Renewable energy, and Investments and Others. Its geographical segments include Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Vietnam, Indonesia, and Brunei. The Company’s subsidiaries include Industrial Engineering Systems Pte. Ltd., P.J. Services Pte. Ltd., and H2E International Pte. Ltd.
