Profile Summary
CH Offshore Ltd. is a Singapore-based investment holding company focused on the oil and gas sector. The Company, through its subsidiaries, is a provider of offshore marine assets and services. The Company’s business is in the ownership and charter of six 12,240 brake horsepower (BHP) vessels equipped with facilities for heavier offshore work in deeper waters and the provision of reliable, responsive and effective ship management services for its vessels, as well as third party vessels. It has managed a range of offshore vessels, including Anchor Handling Tugs, Platform Supply Vessels, Work Boats and Lift boats amongst others. The Company’s vessels provide offshore support services, such as offshore construction support, towing, anchor-handling, supply of deck, liquid and dry bulk cargoes and field support services. It operates and charters vessels across the globe from Mexico, Africa, India to South-East Asia, extending its support to oil and gas and oil field contractors.
