Aqua SA Bielsko-Biala is a Poland-based company active in the utilities sector. The Company is engaged in operating water supply system, as well as sewer system and sewage treatment facilities in such Polish cities as Bielsko-Biala, Szczyrk, Kety, Wilamowice and municipalities of Bestwina, Buczkowice, Chybie, Czechowice-Dziedzice, Jasienica, Jaworze, Kozy, Porabka, Skoczow and Wilkowice.. It also owns a swimming pool and fitness center, as well as a wholesale trade of water pipes. As of December 31, 2011, the Company’s major shareholder was a municipality of Bielsko-Biala with a 51.1% stake in the capital.
