Argan SA is a France-based company which conceives, builds and rents out logistical bases and warehouses. It delivers turnkey projects to its customers. Its clients are principally loaders, including BSH Electromenager, Decathlon, L’Oreal, Castorama and La Poste, among others and logistic companies, including DHL, Geodis, ID Logistics and Norbert Dentressangle, among others. The Company’s sites are located in Ile de France, Rhone Alpes Region, Orleans, Wissous and other Regions. The Company operates through two subsidiaries, IMMO CBI Sarl and Immogonesse SAS. In addition, Argan SA is a real estate company for the development and rental of p premium warehouses. It distinguish between multi-client logisticians , who operate on behalf of several clients in XXL platforms, and single-client logisticians.
