Argyle Resources Corp. is a Canada-based junior mineral exploration company engaged in the acquisition, exploration, staking and evaluation of natural resource properties in North America. The Company holds a 100% interest in the Pilgrim Islands, Matapedia, Lac Comporte and Saint Gabriel quartzite-silica projects in Quebec, Canada, and has entered into an option agreement to acquire a 100% interest in the McKay Hill silver-gold property in Yukon, Canada. The Pilgrim Islands silica property comprises approximately 13 contiguous mining claims located in the Bas-Saint-Laurent region of Quebec. The Matapedia property comprises approximately 16 contiguous mining claims totaling 913 hectares (ha). The Lac Comporte property comprises approximately 33 contiguous mining claims totaling 2,030 ha. The Saint Gabriel Silica Project consists of approximately 23 contiguous mining claims totaling 1,312 ha. The McKay Hill Silver Project is a high-grade silver-polymetallic vein system.
