The Company is also engaged in the business of dealerships in cotton, linen, flax, hemp, jute, silk and all types of cloth merchants. The Company’s subsidiary is Vintage FZE (India) Private Limited, which is engaged in trading, service providing, wholesale, retailing, distributing and exporting precious and semi-precious metals, stones, gold, silver, diamonds, gems, jewelry, bullion and all other commodities. The Company is under the corporate insolvency resolution process.
