Profile Summary
Ausgold Limited is an Australia-based gold exploration and development company. The Company’s flagship project is the Katanning Gold Project, located approximately 275 kilometers (km) south-east of Perth and approximately 40km north-east of the wheatbelt town of Katanning. The tenements cover over 5,500 square kilometers (km2) of the Katanning Greenstone Belt in the south-west corner of the Yilgarn Craton, which hosts some of Australia’s gold deposits. Its portfolio also includes the Doolgunna Station Cu-Au project and the Yamarna Ni-Cu-Co project in Western Australia and the Cracow Au Project in Queensland. The Doolgunna Station Project is located over 150 km north-east of Meekatharra in Western Australia’s Bryah Basin and approximately 13km to the west of, and along trend from, Sandfire Resources’ Degrussa copper-gold operation. The Yamarna Project is located approximately 125 km north-east of Laverton in central Western Australia on Exploration Licenses E38/2129 and ELA 38/3311.
