Autostreets Development Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the provision of used vehicles trading services. The Company operates five segments. The Used Vehicle Auction Business segment mainly provides used car transaction services through online-offline integrated auction model. The Used Vehicle Value-added Services segment mainly provides various used vehicle value-added services, including pre-acquisition inspection and appraisal, used vehicle acquisition assistance, title transfer, used vehicle information lookup and re-inspection. The Arrangement for Sale of Used Vehicles segment mainly acts as an agent for the entrusting party, disposing of used vehicles that the entrusting party entrusts to the Company for sale. The Exhibition Related Services segment mainly provides auto shows and exhibitions hosting, and advertisement services. The Others Business segment mainly provides title transfer services and Global Positioning System (GPS) installation services.
