Profile Summary
Avira Resources Limited is an Australia-based mining exploration company. The Company’s e Puolalaki Project comprises a single exploration permit (Puolalaki nr 100) centered over a syn-orogenic gabbro intrusion that hosts the nickel mineralization. In addition to the Ni-Cu-Co mineralization at Puolalaki, the project also includes high-grade gold mineralization across two zones within the metasediments and metavolcanics surrounding the gabbro. The project is located in Sweden’s premier Gallivare mining district. In addition to the Puolalaki Project in Sweden, the Company holds two tenement packages within the Paterson Range province in the Northwest of Western Australia which is host to a number of substantial gold, copper and manganese mines and deposits, including the Telfer gold-copper mine. Its projects are situated in the Yeneena basin sedimentary rock formation that hosts both the Nifty and Maroochydore copper deposits and the Woody Woody Manganese mine.
