B & S International Holdings Ltd is an investment holding company mainly engaged in the distribution retail of food and beverage products business. The Company operates its business through two segments. The Distribution Business segment distributes and markets overseas food and beverage products to retailers, such as supermarket, pharmacy, convenience store and department store chains in Hong Kong. The Retail Business segment prepares and sells overseas branded food and beverage products licensed to it at its self-operated retail outlets in Hong Kong. The brands of products include TenRen, Hong Shi Fu, among others.
