Brazilian Rare Earths Limited is a mineral exploration company. The principal activity of the Company is exploring for rare earth elements and other critical minerals in the Rocha da Rocha province in the state of Bahia in Brazil. Its segments include Brazil exploration and Corporate. The Rocha da Rocha Project is located in the state of Bahia in Northeast Brazil and is located over 200 kilometers (km) from a port. The Rocha da Rocha Project is comprised over 267 granted exploration permits registered with Brazil’s National Mining Agency. The Rare earths and critical minerals province with multiple discoveries over one million acres of highly prospective exploration ground. The Amargosa Bauxite-Gallium Project is an advanced exploration stage asset, located in the Tier one mining jurisdiction of Bahia, Brazil. The Sulista Project area is located over 80 km southwest of the Monte Alto project.
